(DCR1-AT1)
DCR1 Self-Test With FEP Cable
Chemical-resistant flame detection with built-in verification and enhanced cable durability.
(DCR1-AT1)
Chemical-resistant flame detection with built-in verification and enhanced cable durability.
The DCR1-AT1 adds both automated optical self-test and FEP jacketed cable to the standard DCR1 platform. Detection performance, housing, and approvals are identical to the base DCR1.
This configuration is selected when detectors are installed in locations with limited physical access, when cable routing passes through chemically aggressive zones, or when facility specifications require both automated verification and chemical resistance at every connection point.
The DCR1-AT1 does not include enhanced relay connections.
If your project requires automated self-test with FEP cable but not enhanced relay outputs, Sierra can help confirm the DCR1-AT1 is the right configuration.
Enclosed fabrication tools and wet benches where detector access is restricted and cable routing passes through corrosive zones.
Processing equipment where automated health verification and FEP cable protection are both required by facility specifications.
Corrosive process equipment where self-test supports compliance and FEP cable extends service intervals.

What is the difference between the DCR1-AT1 and the DCR1-T1?
The DCR1-AT1 adds FEP jacketed cable. Detection performance, self-test functionality, housing, and approvals are identical to the DCR1-T1.
What is the difference between the DCR1-AT1 and the DCR1-AS1?
The DCR1-AT1 includes automated optical self-test. The DCR1-AS1 has FEP cable only without self-test.
Does the DCR1-AT1 include enhanced relay connections?
No. For self-test with both FEP cable and enhanced relays, see the DCR1-CT1.
Is the DCR1-AT1 approved for hazardous locations?
Yes. Class 1 Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D, T4. Also Class 1 Zone 2.
What is the operating temperature range?
Operating: −40°C to +85°C. Humidity: up to 90%.
What are the cable specifications?
22 AWG, 14-conductor FEP jacketed cable, factory installed.
